Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Avora or any specific product feature. We will notify you when Avora becomes available, but we make no promises about timing, pricing, or availability.
You represent that the email address and phone number you provide are your own and that you have the right to receive communications at those addresses. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or third-party contact details.
By joining, you consent to receive emails from Avora about our launch and product updates. SMS messages are sent only if you explicitly checked the SMS consent box at sign-up. You may opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of SMS by replying STOP.
All content on this site — including the Avora name, logo, and copy — is owned by Avora and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Avora and its waitlist are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and limit our liability for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on this site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
